In this episode of the Let's Talk Resident Evil Podcast - Anthony and Jon discuss their favorite and least favorite thing about each main entry in the series. We kick off the first Let's Talk Resident Evil Podcast of 2020 with a packed episode filled with Resident Evil goodness. We first kick off the show discussing the last Resident Evil 3 trailer that came out in January. We also cover the new Netflix series that is going into production... and it's true. It's supposedly filming this summer! Last but not least - we cover the news of Resident Evil 8. The leaks were not officially confirmed by Capcom but the internet has given us enough Resident Evil 8 leaks and we wanted to discuss the changes that may happen. Recorded in an old dusty warehouse in the middle of the outbreak - the LTRE team dive into the end of the original Resident Evil trilogy on the PlayStation.

The LTRE crew go over the new Resident Evil game called Project Resistance. The brand new game that was outsourced using the RE engine. Taking place in 1998 just before or during the Raccoon City Destruction Incident, four civilians have been abducted by the Umbrella Intelligence Division. Sent to the "NEST2" facility, they are forced to fight a number of mutants on behalf of senior Umbrella employees to prove the effectiveness of Umbrella's t-Virus Project. We were shown an official trailer and then official gameplay a day later. We go in depth with what we have seen so far!

They discuss the recent news of Resident Evil 3 being already in development by Capcom as they send off Resident Evil 2 fresh off the presses to us in a few week so we can finally sink our teeth into what's next for the series. What could a remake have to offer for Resident Evil 3: Nemesis? Well, this episode covers a whole list of ideas and a bunch of banter from Anthony & Richard as usual.
