In this episode, I get REAL vulnerable with you about how I struggle with an addictive personality. I share my journey with being addicted to THC for 7 years and how I was able to work through that habit and quit cold turkey over a year ago. I dive into the feelings of losing/having no control over yourself, how those feelings are reappearing for me with new patterns of addiction I am struggling with, and what I am doing to be consciously aware moving forward. I also cover the science of how habits are formed including the four elements of a habit and how to use that information to build new habits and break old ones.
Send me a message on Instagram @_katelynbuchwald if you can relate to my struggles, gain new perspectives, or learn something new about how to manage the struggles of addiction! I'd love to hear from you!!

In this episode, we dive into how to have more empathy, develop an ownership mindset, and how the ego can get in the way. I share my own journey of creating more awareness around my ego, and how I've been able to become more empathic and more accountable in the process. I give you tools and real-life examples of how to create more empathy and have more ownership, while also shifting your perspective and not letting your ego get in the way of dealing with people in your life who may not have those two traits.
