Softball, Yeast infections, Another military Suicide, and a visit from my best friend. The week has been hectic, but we are still here!

Last 2 weeks have been wild in regards to health and accomplishments, but we are still standing tall. Another message from another person sparked todays mirror talk. Lets talk this out. 

Life isn't always going to work the way you picture it, but it has to be YOUR picture. Hold those around you to a standard and help them reach it, but after you help, if it's a drain, cut your losses. Blood makes you related, it doesn’t make you family.

How are the kid? What was the surgery you mentioned? Hows my girl Ava? Where the hell did you go during season 2?.... ALL ANSWERED AND MORE!

After a whole lot of GREAT conversations, i took away a couple key points and here is the response. 

After talking to a good amount of men about why they would date or remarry after a certain age or incident i came up with... well.... nothing.

5 months since we've last talked, a lot to unload, but im BACK!

Healing isn't linear, sometimes you have to take 14 steps back before you can take that 1 step forward, but that 1 step is going to let you know that you are capable of moving forward, even if its on your hands and knees.

Conversations with my daughter, we talk about things, then jump into mens mental health. From current times (slap heard round the world) to other times.
