I just turned 35—and like any self-aware Enneagram Type 2 with a strong 1 wing, I’m using this milestone to reflect, reframe, and (let’s be honest) overanalyze everything I’ve learned so far.

In this solo episode, I’m looking at the past through the lens of my Enneagram type: the ways I’ve grown, the ways I’ve over-helped, and the patterns I’m still untangling. From people-pleasing and perfectionism to learning how to embrace my full potential, I’m sharing what it means to come home to myself in this season.
