  • Book Review: Mein Kampf vs. Art of the Deal
    Since President Trump started his campaign run and later winning the presidency, journalists worldwide have been comparing him to Hitler. The words Nazi and Hitler has been tossed around loosely with very little thought into what they mean. Very few of those journalists, making that comparison, have taken the time to read Mein Kampf and the Art of the Deal. Instead, they opt instead for soundbites, taken out of context, to support their superficial comparison.

    Over the past several weeks, I re-read both books: The Ford Translation of Mein Kampf, written by Adolf Hitler, and The Art of the Deal, written by Donald Trump. (I read both books in the 1990’s). Moreover, I also listened to the accompanying audio books, gaining further insight into the tones. This analysis mainly focuses on the personal attributes and the years before each author achieved notoriety.

    Mein Kampf Overview

    Published in two volumes in 1924 and 1927 by Eher Verlag, the original German version contained 720 pages. It was completed before Hitler achieved fame. He actually did not write the book but rather dictated the contents. Rudolph Hess and Emil Morris composed Volume 1 while in prison with Adolph Hitler. His secretary composed Volume 2, after he got out of jail, while he was on a retreat in a mountain cottage. “My Struggle” or “My Battle for the People” is approximately 30% autobiography, 30% documentation of post-war Germany, and 40% political manifesto.

    Documenting his personal defeats, Hitler doesn’t take personal responsibility. Rather he blames the Jews, Communists and foreign powers. The historical aspects, covering postwar Germany are interesting and everyone should understand how the hyperinflation came about. However, a pervasive theme of resentment and “how things should be,” prevails throughout the book. Nevertheless, Hitler does offer specific ideas on how to plan every aspect of society. After reading this book, spending over five years living in Norway and Sweden, and working on Wall Street, I believe that the 4th Reich lives on: hidden within European socialism and the modern financial institutions. This book should be required reading but it’s not enjoyable and it takes some work to get through it.

  • Scandinavia’s Elephant in the Living Room: Beggars and Gypsies
    Living in Norway and Sweden, we see it every day but no one wants to talk about this? Letters from Norway goes there, sharing our observations, and asking the difficult questions about beggars and gypsies in the Nordics. Underneath the surface, there is an organization that lives in the shadows.

    Introduction

    The American perspective on Gypsies

    * Cartoons and television portrayals
    * Borat Movie

    Personal Gypsy Stories & Experiences

    * Oslo, Norway

    * The morning pep talk in front of the central train station,
    * Impossible to eat in peace on the park benches along Karl Johan,
    * Sofienberg Park.

    * Gothenburg, Sweden

    * 50+ plus gathering at the central train station,
    * Gypsies cursing those with small donations,
    * Beggars gambling in the casinos,
    * Selling fake pot (tree bark).

    "If the begging is profitable, they stay miserable.... [Giving money] improves the acute situation. At the same time, it contributes to making the bigger issue permanent -- the misery.... It will not help the Roma, but it gives you a chance to feel like a good person. ... The basic concept of racism is precisely that we as westerners and Swedes are far superior (smarter) and that the Roma are inferior (dumber). If this... is not racist then I do not know what is. ... One could add that the image is inverted among Roma. They consider themselves superior and smart, while the gadjo (non-gypsies) are stupid, naïve and gullible." — Karl-Olov Arnstberg, Swedish ethnologist

    Techniques

    * Dress with big pockets, designed for efficient shoplifting,
    * Prey on gullibility and naivety of Scandinavians,
    * Starving children pictures

    Source: The Mirror Chiefs in the past had to fight for the title, but Ladislav, 53, beat 18 others with a big fat load of votes.

    Organization

    * Gypsy Kings in Moldova and their homes, imitating world-famous buildings.
    * Organized Crime
    * Professional Beggars

    Where Did This All Start?

    * Origins?
    * The Danish approach
    * Generational issue and cycle of poverty
    * Why do Scandinavians give them money in the first place?

    Why Scandinavia?

    * Wealthy and open societies,
    * Political correctness shields them from the law.

    The Double Standard

    * What if a Nordic family was doing this?
    * Child Welfare
    * Child marriages
    * Human trafficking
    * Tax evasion
    * Indentured Servitude

    Wrap Up

    "It is our very strong recommendation not to give money to beggars. It turns the panhandling into an occupation... To give [money] encourages a life with no future; moving from country to country does not solve their problems." — Florin Ivanovici, director of the Life and Light Foundation, Bucharest, Romania.

  • The Norwegian 2017 Elections for Americans
    The Norwegian Elections may not be the most interesting topic in the world but this year will be more so than all others. The sentiment is changing and people are more open about how they really feel about controversial issues. The smaller parties, living on th fringers, are witnessing increased interest and rise in membership, indicating that something could be awry.

    Introduction (0:00 – 1:10)

    Mainstream Media view of the Political Parties - Socialist vs. Nationalist leanings. But don’t let this chart fool you. Things in Norway are not what they seem.

    System Overview (1:11 – 2:02)

    * Parliamentary system like the UK or Canada,
    * Over 10 political parties,
    * Coalitions and factions.

    The Establishment Front Runners: Jonas Gahr Støre (Labor Party) and Erna Solberg (Conservative Party). Notice that traditional American party colors are reversed in Norway: Red – Labor Party (Democrats) and Blue – Conservative (Republicans).  The leading socialist (Støre) will not separate himself from his family's business empire if elected.

    Party Funding (2:03 – 4:30)

    * Norwegian political parties receive most of their money from the government (taxpayers).
    * Other sources include donations and business operations.

    * Much cheaper than in the USA to buy a politician.
    * 700M NOK is $87 million – in total funding – government funding, donations, and business activity.
    * 472M NOK is $60 million – government funding and subsidies or 67%
    * Since 2005 up almost 55% - more than incomes or inflation.

    Only the hippies (Green Party) manage money well. More on Norwegian Political Party Funding

    The Issues (4:31 – 8:10)

    * Norwegian Fish for Brains Deal

    Bjørn Brende (Høyre) – Norway’s Foreign Minister selling the nation’s soul.

    * Two Varieties of Communist in Norway

    Norway has a full-fledged Communist Party (NKP) good for 600 votes. They got triggered when I told them that their flag looks like the Pepsi Logo, advertising “Communist Cola.” I also heard there is a Chinese Communist Party as well but I didn’t meet them.

    * Election Violence Incidents

    * Alliansen’s Hans Jørgen Johansen got assaulted.
    * Democrats in Norway had their shed torn down after I recorded the podcast.

    Unknown assailants came shortly after midnight on August 20th, tearing down the “Democrats in Norway” display.

    Observations

    * Healthy - nation first views arising. More so than in 2013.
    * Split opinions – Factions forming within parties (Voters within parties most against FRP, Høyre, Center).
    * Differentiate between skilled immigrants and refugees
    * Social Dumping Awareness (SDA).
    * Anti-EU and Anti- Schengen Sentiment Rising.
    * Mostly pro-NATO. They now realize that they are delinquent on paying their dues (1.5% vs. the obligatory 2%).
    * Most parties clueless on the underlying economy.

  • My Experience with Race Relations Part 3 of 3
    Interacting with other American Minorities

    No matter where we come from, we are all Americans first and foremost. Personal preferences and taste are not racism. Being an American is a state of mind and character rather than a DNA configuration.  It is a thought process on how to confront obstacles and challenges, setting us apart from all other nations.

    * Blacks
    * Jews
    * Latinos
    * Russians /Poles, /Eastern Europeans
    * Asians, what I mean are Filipinos, Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese
    * Southerners
    * American Indians

    Racism, Prejudice, and Preference

    * Racism is an institutional policy,
    * Preferences vs. Prejudice.

    Racism is a policy and system rather than feelings and thoughts - Norwegian job applications (Nordea's pictured above) ask a lot more personal information than American ones, making it easier to pre-screen applicants.

    The Most Racist Countries:

    America and Norway are less racist than Mexico, India, and the Middle East.

    What it means to be an American

    * Europe’s ethno-identity.
    * America's value and merit based values

    Wrap-up

    We need rational conservatism

    Just Right

    * Strong borders and defense,
    * Recognize and uphold the protestant origins of our nation.
    * Immigration policy based on

    * economics, need, and merit,
    * allowing in those who will consciously uphold our Protestant origins,
    * it is a privilege and not a right.

    * Citizenship requires stringent exams and oath of loyalty,
    * We are Americans first – wherever we come from is in the rearview mirror.
    * Minimum government, delegating to states wherever possible.

  • My Experience with Race Relations Part 2 of 3
    The Pre-Fix American

    Putting any word in front of the word "American" divides our country, isolates people, and alienates groups. It goes against all of our national principles and what we stand for. The concept of America is relatively new, depending on everyone working together towards a common goal.

    * Multi-culturalism vs. Diversity
    * America vs. Africa
    * Affirmative Action vs. Equal Opportunity

    Explaining “the Indian who doesn’t like India”

    I am often called the Indian who doesn’t like Indians. Let me explain how that came about and how it’s not true.

    * I had to choose: you can have only one nationality
    * Everything good in India came from the British

    * The American identity is sacred
    * The Indian reality today
    * Report H1-B program abuse
    * Adapting the Anglo Saxon British culture

  • My Experience with Race Relations Part 1 of 3
    Introduction (0:00 - 1:20)

    * Welcome
    * Most un-PC Episode ever
    * Why am I talking about this?

    The Irrational Extremes are One in The Same. (1:21 – 10:18)

    Neither extreme presents economic or logical arguments that embrace scientific, mathematical, historical, and economic truths. It’s pretty cool that America defeated both the Nazi’s and the Communists.

    * Communist Liberals Want to Kill Western Civilization

    * Nazi Conservatives Want to Impose a Draconian Ethnocentric Society. They keep forgetting who won WWII and why their ideology failed in the end. They are a group of "but if" people.

    * How Conservatism can win

    * Focus on economic arguments,
    * Immigration reform
    * Tougher standards for citizenship
    * Education

    Replacement Policy vs. Highly Skilled Immigration (10:19 – 15:00)

    * The alt-right have a legitimate argument about the replacement policy, currency underway in Europe. However, every society had minorities.

    * Immigration should be merit based and
    * Demand loyalty and a high-degree of conformity.

    * The need for those who are truly highly-skilled and gifted.

    * IQ Distribution: That is only 17.5 million people worldwide
    * The RAISE Act ensures that those with skills are coming and not cheap labor.

    Who is the Silent Majority? (15:01 – 20:40)

    “Just-Right” Conservatism, based on founding principles, but accounts for today’s reality. It is economically focused but recognizes that a nation has borders, culture, and laws based on historical reference.

    * Nation first policy,
    * Recognize merit and embrace hard work,
    * Sensible immigration policy that fills domestic needs,
    * Diversity not multi-culturalism – there is a difference,
    * Focus on fiscal policy and domestic self-reliance,
    * Limited government.
