You don’t need to wait for time to heal all wounds. There is a real time frame for healing and I share what I know to be true as a letting go coach who has successfully helped people let go after divorce and breakup.

You’re not the kind of woman who falls apart too easily.

You tell yourself you should be able to let go, because intellectually you know the dynamic wasn’t healthy for either of you.

To let go, you can’t be afraid of pain. You have to accept it. This is the most important step people miss in letting go. If you haven’t gotten this first one down, you won’t let go.
