We throw everything we’ve got at the love job that is motherhood, but what we really need is a chance to let off some steam. The all important self-care gets put on the back burner whilst we power on through our ‘to do’ lists with one eye open in the hope of recharging from the sleep we lost the night before. Taking care of our mental health as mothers is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves AND our children. We know we need it. So, how do we do it?
