Anxiety & shortness of breath can meet it's demise. All it requires is discipline, an open mind & a positive mindset. Anytime not in the present moment, feeling shortness of breath/anxiety symptoms, simply breathe & feel whatever comes up to allow it to pass. Stay with your breath & be with your breath... this is actually how to upgrade meditations aswell by literally staying with your breath for as long as possible.
