This time last year, Women’s Foundation challenged itself to work for change -- to improve the lives of women and their families. After research on the Status of Women in Missouri found that women in Missouri earn $0.71 for every dollar men earn for the same work. The Women’s Foundation resolved to focus on results for equal pay.
