Self-Care is a relatively new concept. In this episode, we talk about self-care, the aspects of it, what it means to us, and challenge you to make a self-care routine for you. It truly is essential to take care of yourself. Caring for someone with dementia can be the most stressful thing you've ever done. You might not have feel like you have the time or resources to take care of yourself. You can start really small. We challenge you to do one thing, even if it's really small, for yourself every single day!

This is our first podcast! You might be able to tell straight away. But, we wanted to introduce each other, Lew, and what we would like to accomplish with Lew. Dementia is such a difficult disease, and so many times, it's not talked about as much as it should be.
