I Interview 2X Grey Cup Champion DB and current Sacramento Police Officer JR Ruffin.  This is one of the best conversations I have had, and we cover a lot of the current topics with BLM, Portland Protest, Police Brutality, and what we need to know.  You will see his mentality and how he approaches his job as law enforcement.  We talk about all the hurdles to become a pro athlete and then a cop.  It wasn't an easy road, but sometimes we have to own our mistakes and still choose to overcome the hurdles that we face.  That's what JR has done in his life, and he continues to show morals are what should always come first in making decisions.  Enjoy

I interview 4X CFL All Star WR Fred Stamps. We have a great conversation about growing up in New Orleans, and his want to return to help out the young athletes.  We talk about our Labor Day and Labor Day rematch games that would go down to the final drive.  He was a uber talented receiver on the field with over 8,000 yards receiving and is a great man and mentor off of the field. I interview one of the Greatest QBs to play the position, with 72,381 yards passing and 11,920 yards rushing in his 23 year career.  Receiving CFL MOP at the age of 42 in his 21st season to go along with his 4 Grey Cups and 3 Grey Cup MOPs.  It was great having a conversation about his life and how he almost made a career change when he was signed by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the middle of his CFL career.  Competing with his older NFL HOF brother Marcus Allen growing up, to how he is attacking the greens in golf.  So much knowledge and wisdom in this conversation. I interview the first receiver in CFL History to reach 1,000 Catches.  Terry Finished his career as the All-Time Leader in Catches and 4th in Yards. He had over a 1,000 yards in 11 straight CFL seasons.  It was great to sit down with him and talk about his life and career and even finding out who his top 5 WRs are that he suited up with.  He also drops his top 3 QBs that he suited up with.  We talk about training kids, and being positive role models.  This conversation is filled with great stories and laughs.  Enjoy
