Opposition Leader Sussan Ley says the cost of net zero emissions by 2050 is a matter for Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese.
Over the weekend, the Coalition settled on an energy and climate policy which abandons the net zero target.
Ms Ley has indicated the Liberals and Nationals will now focus on a new immigration policy.
