This week was rest week from the gym so I gained between 7 and 9 extra hours, to be productive or to be lazy.

Thankfully I was very productive and actually got a lot done.

How you live your life is always going to be up to you, I try my best to live mine positively and productively.

In today's Mobility class I talked about how we need to be strong and flexible, one with out the other can cause damage.

When you think about this in your day to day life, it would mean to have balance between your goal and the knowledge to achieve it

When you find yourself up against a problem, you want to learn as much as you can so you can make better informed decisions.

Hiding away will achieve nothing.

There is a different version of you in the minds of everyone you meet, if you try to get people to think of you a certain way, you will most likely fail.

Do you ever pretend to care about something so that people will think you care?

This is a sure sign that you care about what other people think of you.

So the real question is why do you care about that.
