朱朱話,曾經覺得自己身體入面同心靈上都會累積咗好多毒素,毒到就嚟爆。後來係頌缽令佢釋放情緒;斷食同瑜珈令佢學識將注意力放返喺自己身上,唔好太在乎出面世界嘅壓力;令身體清空卻同時填滿心靈。
