Many of us have had a time in life where we have hit rock-bottom: unexpected life-changes have hit, major life plans haven't worked out, relationships have failed, or we needed to escape an impossible situation with nothing. In those moments where we have bottomed-out, first we needed to survive... and then we needed to find a way back up.

In this two-part series, RY and Lola talk with Bradly (FL/Tumblr) and Elektra (Tumblr/FL) about those times where we have hit our absolute lowest point, including what got us there, the truths we needed to tell ourselves, and how we knew it was time for a change (and not the fun kind, the really hard kind).
