Jefferson Morley is veteran journalist, who has worked as a reporter and editor for The Washington Post, The Nation, The New Republic, and Harper’s Magazine. Throughout the course of his career, he has published extensively about the Central Intelligence agency. Currently, Morley is a plaintiff in a lawsuit against the CIA, in hopes of having secret documents released. During our show we will learn about the deceit and deception on the part of the CIA to the Kennedy Assassination.

In 2012, Ms. Dearn served as General Counsel to Governor Gary Johnson’s Libertarian campaign for U.S. Presidency. She is the founder of Bellatrix PC, a woman-owned law firm with offices in Saint Louis, Missouri and San Diego, California. Bellatrix PC handles lawsuits and business transactions and gives legal advice in business, employment, real estate, civil litigation and election law.

Notably, she successfully defended multiple legal challenges to Governor Johnson’s placement on ballots. This earned Dearn a reputation as fearless as she single-handedly defeated some of the nation’s top-ranked election law attorneys in multiple eleventh-hour state electoral proceedings simultaneously.

Mr. Richard Winger is the publisher of Ballet Access News working to ease the ballot access laws for 50 years.  He became interested in the ballot access process while an undergraduate in political science at the University of California at Berkeley in the 1960's.  He has testified in over 400 constitutional ballot access cases and will give us an update on not only the process, but if we will ever experience the ease of third party entrance into our political process.  There are many who now believe the need to end the duopoly dominance of our political structure and let the people's voice be herd.

Marc Hyden is a national advocacy coordinator with Conservatives Concerned about the Death Penalty, a Project of EJUSA. He comes most recently from the National Rifle Association (NRA) where he served as a Campaign Field Representative in the State of Florida. Dr. Sara Hsu is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the State University of New York at New Paltz and Research Director at the Asia Financial Risk Think Tank in Hong Kong. Dr. Hsu specializes in Chinese economic development, informal finance, and shadow banking. She has published one of the only English-language books on the topic of Chinese informal finance, Informal Finance in China: American and Chinese Perspectives, as well as one of the only Chinese-language books on Chinese shadow banking. She has also published a number of articles and books on the topics of sustainable development, financial crises, and trade.
