The Roseland School District has been having many issues educationally and complaints about success rates, racism and more.  Dr. Hector Rico is the new superintendent and in this conversation shares with us about his upbringing, what motivates him to be an educator and some of the changes that he hopes to implement for the district in order to create equity.
