But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. Against such things there is no law. Galations 5:22-23

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self control.- 2 Timothy 1:7
