LIFE Adelaide

Each year we wish each other a 'Happy New Year". This week, Ps Danny encourages us not to settle for a 'Happy' year, but to chase after living a 'Blessed' year.

A new year brings fresh opportunities to become more like Jesus. Ps Tony kicks off the year by giving us a biblical pathway to effectively become a better disciple of Jesus.

Jesus didn’t promise us we would never face persecution. This week, we conclude our series ‘Counter Culture’ as Ps Tony encourages us to gain a proper perspective on persecution. Christianity is a battlefield not a playground.

We are citizens of heaven and because of this we are called to live with a counter culture. This week, Ps Dan McGaw kicks off our new series ‘Counter Culture’ as we look into the book of 1 Peter. The way we respond, act and think should be different to that of this world.

God wants to shake you out of your familiarity - He wants you to give up control. This week, we are joined by Ps Joel Holm as he encourages us to seek divine encounters. When we seek these divine encounters we willingly give up the control we are trying to hold onto.

How do we respond to engage in eternity? This week Ps Paul de Jong encourages us to embrace eternity. Heaven will be free from evil, saturated in God’s presence and will continually experience God’s creativity.
