In this special episode, Stacie had the honour of interviewing Dr Kathryn Gutteridge, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, consultant midwife, psychotherapist, researcher and co-founder of Sanctum Midwives. Kathryn has worked relentlessly during her long and successful career to advocate for women, women's birth experiences and survivors of sexual abuse. Kathryn kindly wrote the foreword to Stacie's book 'Life after sexual abuse'. Sending gratitude to Kathryn for sharing her experience here with us.
Take care of yourself whilst listening to this episode as always - Kathryn shares her experience and that of those of her siblings and daughter of being abuse by her father in early childhood years. This episode shows the resilience and tenacity - endurance to find inner peace. I know this episode will give hope to other survivors that finding inner peace is possible.
