Trauma generates emotions, and unless we process these emotions at the time the trauma occurs, they become stuck in our mind and body.
Trauma can stay in the body and affect one’s life until one uncovers it and process it out.
When you begin to process trauma, it may be helpful to start with a smaller trauma.
