If you've been following me on social media platforms and along my journey you may have been hearing me talk about Mental Wellness.  Well it's hear to stay, the movement is calling us, yes US me AND you, the question is are you going to answer the call?  I've been introduced to one of the TOP if not THE TOP company that is servicing this mission and movement for world change, and I am so glad that I am here!  I'm sharing my story, why I am here, the differences I've seen in this company from others, why I plan to stay and build a legacy within this company and why you may want to consider joining us!  It's not hype, the movement is here until we see change in the mental wellness and health of humanity.  Where will you be?

I'm not a "morning person" in the sense that I do not naturally arise at the crack of dawn to start my day with the rooster crow!  However I have learned and discovered that a more fulfilling day is started with an early rise.  We're talking about those benefits and I'm inviting you to a challenge with me to lead us into a new year morning routine for the win!
