After sharing the Part 1 episode for The Antidote for Anxiety, I realized I left out a major part of the holistic medicine when it comes to creating self-trust and inner safety - the nervous system.

It requires attention and tools for regulating in order to cultivate a sense of security in the body, not just the mind. It’s imperative to understand the states of energetic flow (or blockage) to move out of survival mode and into a way of being that allows you to witness your experience rather than being immersed in it.

As we enter the powerful eclipse portal of October 2nd, 2024, I'm reflecting on the transformative energies of Lilith and the South Node in Libra. This new moon in Libra, accompanied by a total solar eclipse, is a profound invitation to release the past, transform relationships, and embrace our authentic power.

Lilith, the “dark side” of feminine energy, calls us to give voice to the suppressed, the repressed, and the parts of ourselves we've been conditioned to hide. Libra, the sign of balance and justice, reminds us to discern when to soften and when to stand firm in our truth. This eclipse is a reckoning, a time to let go of the 'nice girl' and 'good girl' personas and reclaim our fiery, unapologetic selves. It's about setting boundaries, speaking our truth, and no longer seeking permission to be who we are.

As I navigate this journey, I'm learning to move from a place of heart-centered love, not fear or bitterness. I'm embracing the power of my voice, my stories, and my experiences, knowing that they have the potential to inspire and empower others.
