We live based on seated beliefs we hold since childhood or new beliefs we create over time. As Anton Chekhov said: Man is what he believes.
Whatever our current situation: emotionally, financially, physically, it’s the result of our beliefs translated into daily actions.
Anxiety is not an exception.
In a cold winter, under the roof of a cozy house, I woke up with strange symptoms that attacked my body. Strange sensations covered my body suddenly and freaked me out.. The feeling was like numbness or tingling (kind of vibration) that didn’t last more than 10 seconds. I thought that I felt cold, and my body reacted in that way, so I ignored it.
The next day, the symptoms visited again, but this time to a new spot. Every day, to a new spot in my body. It was insane. When I explained to people around me their answer was: it is not serious..don’t worry.
My mind could not stop

Does fear prevent you from living like a normal person?
Is fear the cause of your constant failure?
Fear is an essential response to any physical or emotional danger. The temporal fear has many benefits such as boosting the immune system. According to a study conducted in 2009 by researchers at Coventry University, United Kingdom: the study aimed to examine the physical response of participants who watch a horror flick. Blood samples were taken before and after the viewing. Results showed that fear response caused the participants to experience a lift in activated white blood cells. These types of cells help in defeating diseases. However, prolonged fear is super harmful to our bodies.
You may have tried many methods to stop your fear, and nothing has worked for you. Actually there is no magical pill to cure fear. Only your lifestyle will regulate it and by the time you will see your body and mind in balance. The food you eat, the time you sleep, the time you wake up, the way you think, all these are important factors in your healing process. Except for these basic needs, you may have to practice yoga. My healing key was absolutely yoga.
I invite you to observe a small child, you will notice his absolute focus on what he does, whatever it is. You will notice the absence of mind-wandering and anxiety. These characteristics are an act of instinct, their mind’s purity, and the heart’s goodness is an innate sense of creator. Now, look at the child as he grows up, see that he has become distracted, and be inconsistent with his desires. His heart is full of contradictory feelings. This radical change is a cause of the instructions the child receives day by day from the environment.
Anxiety is like a drug, addictive, and sometimes hard to reverse it. But I know you will never give up, you will do whatever it takes to regain your mental strength, and smile again. But what if something unexpected happens and makes your struggle worse, and challenges your exhausted brain. What would be your reaction? Your feelings?
What if I tell you that there is something you can do every time your thoughts dominate, your negative and you running scared.
