Life Around "The Fire"

You can't give away what you don't have.
You can only fake it for so long before you're eventually found out to be a phony.
Leadership is more than being gifted.
Most of true leadership involves character.
Character is developed by training and practice.
Leadership is not a way for insecurity people to feel important.
Leadership involves being willing to eat last, stay up later, pray more, fast more often, take and handle criticism, and face real persecution so that others have a visual example of what the Life of Jesus looks like in the skin of someone else.

We are living in times of historic proportions.
We are in the earliest of days concerning God making tHis Glory and the Mighty, Loving, Power of His  Kingdom more eveident on Earth than even during the Exodus of Israel out of Egypt.
Israel is going to be taking center stage globaly more and more and so is the Glory of the LORD.
Satan is being lured in, just like he was in the Garden of Eden.
It was a trap set for Lucifer.
He took the bait.
He couldn't ever resist trying to harm Israel because of the shed blood of the Messiah's sinless blood..
Well, this time is no different, except...
Except we are extremely close to "The End".
Whatever happens to and through Israel is very important to watch.
The figs on the fig tree are almost ripe and ready to be picked for the pleasure of the King in the Kingdom of God!
Isael is the fig tree!

It's still hard for me to comprehend the fact that an entire German Nation came under the control of a "vibe (vibration)" when Adolf Hitler became their despot/leader.
Hitler had a certain "vibe" to him.
God has a "Vibe" to Him.
Leaders who are equipped by God, "vibe" like God.
Jesus was and is the Perfect Example.
Leaders are equipped by God to "vibe/lead" like Jesus.
Follow me AS I FOLLOW CHRIST!
Vibe with me as I vibe like Christ.

Have you ever worked for a really aweful 'Boss"?
Have you ever been a really aweful "Boss?"
What does a true leader/boss look like?
What does a true leader/boss look like when things get turned upside down?
To be a good leader one must first be a good follower.
What leadership style are you leading with and sitting under right now?
Is it healthy?
Why, or why not...

One day I heard God speak to my heart in a Way only a loving Father could, He said, "I want you to prach to me. I love it when you preach and teach about Me and My Kingdom... I want to hear you preach My Word back to Me."
I was taken a back for a  moment.
God wanted to hear me preach.
Of course He could hear me.
He is Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent.
Yet, He said He wanted me to hear me preach to Him.
That puts a whole different spin on serving Him.
He is the Center of all things.
Unto Him be ALL honor, glory, power, adoration, worship, praise, and love.
People are not the main purpose or recipients of what we do; the First Fruits of ministry belong to the LORD.
God is the Center!.
He loves us because He likes us and that's why He is using us to lead.
Serving Him is not something we do to get His approval.
We serve Him and others because we are approved by Him because of the shed blood of His Son.
We can serve with a thankful heart because we have been saved from sin and death into the joy of eternal life with Him and one another.
So, those  of us who are leaders, we can do so with a thankful heart... God wants to see you lead just like He did through Jesus Christ.
The Father approved of His Son and He approves of you being in Him!

Being a leader involves pereiodically dealing with conflicts and uprisings.
Divisions and disputes, even in the midst of revival, can brew and boil over during the course of time.
True leaders will be part of the solution by not runnung from the conflict but addressing it head on.
Being angry is different than ruling by anger.
Some people use the tyranical method of excercising anger to intimidate and control people.
Good leaders allow themselves to feel anger but rely upon the Word of the LORD to come to them and through them.
It's identifying with the people and with God that makes for a great leader.

Without a clear vision or purpose in life we all are like jellyfish (at best).
We drift around (at best).
When we have a clear purpose or vision we actually accomplish great things.
We perish, in many respects, without a vision.
It's ssdd for sure

Life is either real short or real long, depending on the mood your in.
Leaders are not meant to be just foremans, bosses, or CEO/Owners.
Leaders are designed to lead and teach by example.
Part of that example is to live out the plans and purposes of God... His Vision for planet Earth.
This is a call to all who are and to those who are becoming leaders... Make sure you have the Vision and the Word of the LORD!

There is a way that seems like it is the right way to live but in the end it's proving itself to be destructive.
Most of us have done at least a few things on our own power and have tried to give God credit for doing it.
It always fall short of creating His Glory.
God's glory is the enviroment that God creates and inhabits.
God is LIGHT.
In Him is no darknessd.
Prayer releases God to move on our behalf because He wants us tyo grow up and be mature leaders.
We are the ones who calls into action.
I love the way God reveals His Kingdom and His heart of Loveto His leaders.
He told us that He does that so that in turn we can visually model and help others become living hosts of the Glory of the Lord.

To have authority we need to be under authority.
Jesus taught us that in His Word.
God is our Ultimate Authority!
However, He sets up structures that help us operated in the power of His Kingdom with some sense of order and responsibility.
