Going through bouts of anxiety, I thought it was time to open up to the reality of what my life, and the lives of those who deal with mental health issues is like.  We all deal with our emotions differently.  This episode is to open up the conversation about our mental health and state.

This one was hard for me. There are so many aspects to discuss and in such depth that I found I had a difficult time articulating my thoughts about it.  Have a listen and let me know your thoughts!

Hello Friends! So much has happened and I wanted to give you an updated before moving forward.  Lots of fun stuff coming up so stay tuned for more episodes!

There is this common saying in the dating scene; look for a person that “ticks off all your boxes.” And often, those “boxes” are related to their career, their financial status, they own a house, and are they good looking, etc. These “boxes” are materialistic.

If you based your love solely on materialistic things, that ‘love’ will never last. Be a strong and confident person and have the patience to wait for what they deserve. Seek for partnerships that fill your CART .

Let's start the new year and new decade with building strong relationships with ourselves so that it is easier to deal with breakups and rejection. To deal with rejection maturely and to lessen the pain, one must build a beautiful and happy life and confidence in themself. Your value isn't determined by how someone else sees you; your value is determined by you. Know your WORTH! Don't ever give that power to someone else.

Breakups are not easy. Having that awkward conversation is difficult for most people. But empathy and respect towards each other can make breaking up less painful than it already is. Ending relationships, as hard as it is, can teach us how to be honest and kind during difficult conversations.  

Yra Jai is a blogger who wrote about her break up with her ex-fiance. Her blog, Waking Up from Breaking Up, talks about the ups and downs of her breakup and moving on from a 13-year relationship.

In a world where we are told to "push your limits" we have become uncomfortable with having moments of rest.  This episode discusses the idea of letting it all go and having a moment of "chill".

I am THRILLED to be doing this episode.  It's long overdue that the idea of what beauty is and isn't needs to be taken away from society and put in the control of our own hands.  It is precisely this simple...beauty is in everyone.

Not going to lie I second guessed putting this out.  In the end, I realized that if anything, it brings focus to the topic at hand!
