Happy Feb everyone, I prepared this episode for months and I realised that by sharing personal experiences with you, I have to go through it first and I did which in turn created this episode.

I go through perfectionism on a daily basis and I know how tough and draining it could be on my own creative journey that I have decided to tackle it and make some mistakes on my own. This is how I grow, from mistakes. No one can escape from mistakes, it is the way we respond to it that matters.

I hope that this episode helps and know that you are not alone.

happy new year and as you can see, today's episode is going to be about hate comments and it sort of opened my eyes to how people can easily send hate to others without receiving any consequences.

This is what I stand for and something that I feel the URGE to talk about it and therefore creating this episode. I really hope it inspires you to continue be yourself and to not let the negativity affect you, I know it's easier said than done since it can really be traumatising.

Know that I am sending love to people who are constantly bombarded by hate comments and especially in regards to social media, we don't have to take it into account and even invite it in, it is not worth our time, presence and energy.

Hello everyone, today's episode is really deep and I will be uncovering parts of myself that I have suppressed. I am going to go about and share what are some of the small steps you can take while embarking on this journey. It is time to bring back our most authentic version and be really honest with ourselves.

This episode made me feel most alive and excited. I was always focused on studies and this is something that kind of shook my life in a different way and it still does. I hope that it would make you reconnect with your inner child and think about what excites you the most.
