There's a lot out there about how the food we eat affects our bodies but how much does it contribute to our mental health?
I was literally transformed by watching Fit to Fat to Fit and seeing personal trainers trying to gain ~50 pounds in 4 months to learn what it's like for their clients. Watching as they all gradually slipped into depression and by 2 months were basically debilitated by their depression and overall exhaustion. My mind was blown as I realized I'd unwittingly lived the vast majority of my life in that same, food-induced depression.
Welcome to Season 4 of the i Learned Podcast, where the majority of my awareness is pulling me to "Get in my body" and the more I do, the more my health comes into focus. Let's be honest, the first step to improving anything is to be aware where you're starting from, with a healthy dose of self-forgiveness along the way.
