How Eric went from "The tough Guy" feeling he had to push his feelings down and hide them to live up to the worlds expectations of manhood, Being in a Conscious relationship with Angel has helped to create a safe space that brought out the best in him and unlocked his true divine attributes.  He now Celebrates and shares his vulnerability everywhere he goes, even at work around other "Manly Men"  He now leads with his heart and impacts everyone he meets.

Angel and Eric Use the principles of self-awareness and emotional intelligence and have provided guidance to hundreds of people in areas of individual wellness of mind, body, heart and soul, as well as marital relationships, parenting and more.  She operates from a paradigm best described as a combination of cognitive-behavioral psychology, spirituality and consciousness.

Angel is a homeschooling mother of 5 sons.  She is a co-author in a recently released book titled, “Collaboration with the Divine,” that hit #1 on Amazon in 4 categories is currently writing her own memoir/self-help book titled, “Soul-u-lar Evolution: a Mormon woman’s transcendent journey to LOVE.”

Angel hosts quarterly women’s retreats, couples retreats, in person groups and zoom groups teaching the principles of personal evolution that have led her to discover light-truth-love-joy-peace and freedom.

At age 60 Phyllis tried psychedelic therapy for the 1st time.  A life Phyllis had spent years building crumbled.
