Heartbeak is a crushing grief, anguish or distress. Deep sadness especially for loss of someone, something loved. Heartbreak is very painful and it can lead to other bad things. Heartbreak has a very terrible negativity around it. When an individual is heartbroken it makes such person feel unhappy, dejected, depressed,desolate,joyless,guilty have regrets,shame,self pity and some other not so good stuff.

Women should be empowered and not made to stay only in the four walls of the kitchen. Women should be given the voice and opportunity to be themselves. Their sense of self worth should be promoted and women should be given the ability to determine their own choices and the right to influence social change for themselves and others. Women should not be taught or told to shrink themselves but instead women should be encouraged to be ambitious. Women are beautiful, unstoppable, strong and valuable.

Everything and everyone has its own beauty but not everyone sees it or get to admire the beauty. While you're waiting and finding yourself,build your capacity,work on your skills,get to invest positively on yourself, value and build on relationships and friendships. I mentioned few tips on how to find yourself and get to love your new you.
