I'm not a MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER but I'm THE MOTIVATION. I'm grateful for the gift of FAMILY, FRIENDS AND SUPPORT SYSTEM. After the very short break I took I've decided to drop few advise(es) for everyone who is a friend of LHP. I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad but I'm just here to let y'all know that it's okay to just take things easy and live life one day at a time. Heartbeak is a crushing grief, anguish or distress. Deep sadness especially for loss of someone, something loved. Heartbreak is very painful and it can lead to other bad things. Heartbreak has a very terrible negativity around it. When an individual is heartbroken it makes such person feel unhappy, dejected, depressed,desolate,joyless,guilty have regrets,shame,self pity and some other not so good stuff.

Women should be empowered and not made to stay only in the four walls of the kitchen. Women should be given the voice and opportunity to be themselves. Their sense of self worth should be promoted and women should be given the ability to determine their own choices and the right to influence social change for themselves and others. Women should not be taught or told to shrink themselves but instead women should be encouraged to be ambitious. Women are beautiful, unstoppable, strong and valuable.

Everything and everyone has its own beauty but not everyone sees it or get to admire the beauty. While you're waiting and finding yourself,build your capacity,work on your skills,get to invest positively on yourself, value and build on relationships and friendships. I mentioned few tips on how to find yourself and get to love your new you. Listen my dear awesome human in the process of finding yourself be the best wherever you are, it doesn't matter what life has done to you, go after values,integrity and morals. I take complete ownership to any response to my situations, I am who God says I am and yes I refuse to settle for less and I'm definitely going to be a FORCE TO RECKON WITH.

Stop trying to prove a point because you're been delayed and unable to do something at a particular time, you are just to keep hurting yourself instead of trying to get through that point of delay and find a solution.

When people ask you is DELAY TRULY DENIAL? Tell them you know a girl who Abba has shown mercy in countless ways and SHE is a testimony of the word or phrase DELAY IS NOT DENIAL.

Hey darling at the appointed time you're going to smash all your set goals and tick all the positive boxes, don't you try to give up please.

Remember don't be envious of anyone who's doing better than you,just believe that you will get there too, study what pattern of life works for you and get to live life to the fullest
