For this episode I did spill a little about all I have been through recently and the fact that I messed up and still on the journey of cleaning my mess. So please its okay to feel bad and be emotionally down, devasted and angry, excuse me please strong people are allowed to express their emotions too. So try not to push them into shutting up and hiding under the umbrella of we are strong so its okay to hide the tears. When you feel sad try talk to people who you can trust and don't forget to tell all your problems to God he is always ready to listen. Please mind your utterances when you're so down and feeling all terrible, cause those words said might or will be used against you if care is not taken. Hello staying alone is also not an advice for anyone that is depressed, sad or emotionally down please get to mingle with people and let in some fresh air.. In your uncertainty times let faith work for you, faith grows when it is tasted so be ready to fight the good fight of faith

Do you know that no one likes to fail but failure is not always a bad thing, there is a redeeming side of it, failure can actually empower us in ways that success cannot, failure teach us humility, strength and perseverance, it can also teach us to ask for help.
