There are numerous types of fat. Your body makes its own fat from taking in excess calories. Some fats are found in the foods you eat — these are called dietary fats. Dietary fat is a macronutrient that provides energy for your body.
It’s also critical to have foods that naturally boost your energy instead of taking vitamins that will substitute that.

Agritourism is a growing international phenomenon. It is any tourist activity happening on a farm and linked to the farm’s activities and attractions. This can include agricultural activities such as milking cows at the dairy, shearing wool, harvesting crops, culling herds, using agricultural implements, tasting and buying farm produce. Using the farm’s resources for game viewing, birding, biking, hiking, fishing are all part of Agritourism. Boarding and lodging on the farm is a bonus but not a necessity.

The World Mission Society Church of God Young Adult Worker Volunteer Group has launched a worldwide movement called ASEZ, WOA which means Save the Earth from A to Z and We Are One. Closet is Brett Charles Seiler’s first exhibition with Goodman Gallery. Taking the form of painting and installation, Closet continues Seiler’s ongoing interest in themes of longing, distance and nostalgia. Seiler describes his work as a straight-forward “coming of age narrative” taking place during the gay rights movement. Born in 1994, Seiler did not personally experience this period of history. Instead, the artist accesses it through references to historic gay modes of communication and conduct, incorporating figurative forms as well as text and language to tell these stories through poetic snapshots of a time before gay liberation in society. His exhibition will take place on the 25 January - 29 February 2020 at Goodman Gallery Johannesburg Viewing Room

On Monday retail group Massmart announced it was considering closing 34 of its stores. The outlets under threat include all 21 permanent DionWired stores and two pop-up stores. It also owns local brands such as Game, Makro, Builder's Warehouse and CBW. Massmart could also cut over 1000 jobs
