Limitations Makes You Unique - you may have to modify but that isn't a bad thing. Be grateful for who you are and your abilities.

What happens when you don't listen to your body. I have always fought through the pain or illness but you need to listen to your body. It is telling you something. If you don't listen it might just smack you down and humble you through deeper pain.

It isn't easy but to find true happiness you have to own the good and bad parts of yourself.

No one can hold you accountable but you. If you don't want to do something, no one can hold you accountable. It is up to you to respect yourself enough to allow someone to help you.

I found myself at the end of my physical rope and had accept a limitation, however that doesn't mean I stop, it's a redirection.

Hurtful words and judgment can throw us into a Big Pot of Pity.

Hurtful verbal comments made on a regular basis is not ok.

It can be empowering to enjoy find your inner child.

I remember many good times in the Good Old Days before technology.
