This week, the series ended with the question that Jesus asked: Do you love me? Jesus asks this question to Peter right after eating breakfast with the other disciples. 

Pastor Joy discusses the love that we must have as Christ followers and what it takes to truly love Jesus. Like Peter, all of us have failed the Lord at some point in our Christian lives. We feel so ashamed of our past sins that we fall back to our old lives. But, Jesus does not want us to stay in the past, He wants to restore our relationship with Him. It was our love for Him that convicted us, humbled us, and urged us to change. 

That same love for Jesus drives us to serve Him more, to be obedient to His commands. When our faith is depleted and we feel like giving up that love for Jesus, it gives us the strength to move forward. As long as we are in a deeply committed love relationship with God, we can endure any circumstance that comes into life and have the strength to keep going.

The series continues with another question Jesus asked, "Do you catch any fish?" He asked this question to his disciples when He met them fishing at the sea of Tiberias.

When we are not sure what to do or things are not working out the way we had wanted, our tendency is to go back to our old ways and habits. We return to the patterns of life, that we had before being called by God to live for Christ. 

This week Pastor Joy reminds us that God had a clear plan in mind for what He is going to  accomplished in everyone's life in His own perfect timing.  So when the storm comes into our life, God wants us focus on Him, seek Him and trust Him.

The Christian life is simple in principle, but difficult to live out if we do not make up our mind. It is our relationship with Him that is the priority. Jesus wants us to draw ever so nearer to Him. We need to avoid slipping into unbelief just because we can't understand the waiting or because we are disappointed. He assure us not to be anxious about the things of this world for He is in control over our lifes. So in the waiting, be hopeful, be joyful, praise Him for His guidance from His word.

This week Pastor Adam continues the series with the question Jesus asked, "Do you believe this?" Jesus asked Martha this question when she went out to meet Him as soon as she heard that He had arrived in Bethany. 

Pastor Adam explains that not only we need to know who Jesus is but also we need to know ABOUT Him and BELIEVE in Him.

Sometimes the answer to our prayers does not comes instantly, and in other times we must wait and have faith that beyond the circumstances in our life, God will make everything good in His timing. God knows the grief and pain that us, His children will encounter in this world. He wants us to speak to him honestly and openly in our grief. God is big enough to handle it; he only asks that we trust in him to answer. 

Remember that God victory is certain so do not be afraid. Know about Him and Believe in Him wholeheartedly, His power and His love for us.

The series continues with a question Jesus asked, "Why Are You Crying?" a question directed to Mary Magdalene on Resurrection Sunday. This week, Pastor Joy reminded us that in this world we will have troubles, trials, and sadness. It is unevitable, but we have Jesus, our victorious God who cares for us.

We are not defenseless, and we are not alone. Jesus knows, and he cares. It doesn’t matter what the temptation is, what the struggle is, we can go to Him, pray to Him, and cry to Him.

The power of Christ is at work within us to overcome the enemy that drags us down. Because He lives, we will also live. This is the word and promise of the living Christ. Every sorrow that we face will one day be turned to joy. So we should fight and not give up because we have Jesus, a powerful living Lord.

This week Pastor Jojo continued the series with the question Jesus asked "What Do You Want Me to Do For You?" Jesus asked this question to a blind beggar named Bartimaeus (literally "Son of Timaeus"), who then received a miracle.

Pastor Jojo explains that when we put our request to God, we must also put our participation and effort into that request by putting faith and doing. Faith in Jesus transforms how we think, impacts how we feel, and alters our actions.

When we want our request to be heard and granted, we must trust His time, we must throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles and we must follow Him.

SO, ON YOUR FEET! TAKE HEART! HE'S CALLING YOU

This week's series, continues with Jesus asked, "Why do you worry?" He asked this question to the crowds at one of his best-known teachings, the Sermon on the Mountain.

Brother Mark Ian Baranda discussed this message and reminded us that getting extremely worried about something will only keep us away from fulfilling God purposes for which He has called us.

Instead of worrying, we should fill our minds with Jesus, seeking Him and His righteousness above all else. Once we fill our thoughts with Christ, we can be confident to choose and focus on Him rather than the worries of the world.

This week, Pastor Joy discusses some of the reasons why people walk away from the Lord as the series continued with another question that Jesus asked: "Are you also going away? Jesus asked this question to his twelve disciples after many others turned their backs on Him. Jesus's teachings and words can be hard to agree to take for some, but Scripture hurts us in order to heal us. When the path to follow Jesus becomes too narrow, too hard to follow, and hard to accept, it is easier to turn and leave to avoid the difficult call. But we, as believers in Christ, need to remember that Jesus is not just a prophet; he is not just a rabbi; he is a king. Only he has the words of life.

So will we turn away? Will we leave?

This week, Pastor Joy continues the series with another question Jesus asked: "Do you understand what I have done for you? The question was addressed to His disciples when Jesus performed the very act of humility, the washing of His disciples's feet. Jesus shows us to serve one another with a humble heart and with love. He is our example, and as His followers, we are to emulate Him. The path to Christ-likeness comes from serving others. We, too, should look for ways to serve those around us with compassion, humility and love.

Discipleship in Christianity is the journey of learning to love and follow Jesus, striving to become more like Him in our thoughts and actions.

What kind of discipleship model should we implement? In this episode, Rev. Dr. Al Termulo discusses the topic of discipleship and disciple-making in the context of today and how it can be planted and nurtured into something more than just becoming a follower.

"Do you want to be healed?" This week's series continues with a story of Jesus healing the paralyzed man and asking him if he wants to be made well.

We found that the answer to this question is not as simple as saying, "Yes, I want to be healed." Jesus wants us to take action and to have faith. The action to move away from sin and to choose Him every single time.

When it comes to receiving healing in your life, it's important to remember that Jesus is there to help you. All you have to do is allow Him to do His part as the Lord, and then you can do your part. So, why not take a step back, let go of your pain, and let Jesus take care of the rest? You'll be amazed at how things can change when you allow Him to work in your life. He is more than able.
