In Today’s episode of, “What the heck is audio editing?” We decided to spend the dough and get some new editing software. We are in the middle of switching the old for the new so fair warning, you might hear some little odd sound here and there along with the occasional change in volume. I know how you feel, but just let me cook. Please and thank you fam.

Today we talk about our first encounters with each other’s parents! We recall how Saori interviewed for the role of girlfriend and how she got promoted to free housing for, “a little bit more than a month!”(Saori, 2022) They talk about memorable events Saori had with Hize’s parents while he was away in Japan. Hize reveals his expertise with the wonderful dialect that is 岐阜弁(Gifuben) through his attempts to understand Saori’s parents. If you ever wondered how to start a conversation with a Japanese person you are trying to impress all the while being naked at the onsen, this is the episode for you!

Welcome back to another episode of trying to figure out how long we should let the intro song play! In today’s episode, we talk about our current experiences with Japanese and English, as well as mention some ways we practice learning languages. All while a bunch of planes circle our apartment! Hize tells the tale of his heroic story helping his friend with a fridge in Japanese. Saori also reminisces over memories of first learning English in school and her love for boy bands.
