Berlin Germany 23.57 2021-02-11 up around 8am, 1.5h productive writing of commissioned piece no. 3, then catch up with friend from Spain living in Tokyo, followed by more productive writing and the delivery to the client. Then chilling through watching the Qatar 🇶🇦 club World Cup where Bayern won against the Tigres from Mexico. At the end of the day, another episode of Fringe (season 3), midnight walk and meditation plus sharing the Thursday truth 162 with my voiceover community. It’s sabbatical #2 this week, so I’ll be back on Feb 22nd. Memento mori.

Berlin Germany 23.32 2021-02-10 I slept 12.5h after 6h the night before - so that’s 9.25h on average which is fine. Then breakfast/lunch, finishing and delivering commissioned text piece 2, and after another break working on commissioned text piece 3 which I’ll continue working on tomorrow. Then another season 3 episode of Fringe while having dinner and a late evening walk in the snowy winter wonderland that Berlin currently is while having my mediation voice in my ears. Memento mori

Berlin Germany 22.28 2021-02-09 After 6h of sleep - which was good enough - I had a quick hot-cold shower, went to the dentist for my yearly check-up, returned to the house, did biz orga and finances, followed by good lunch, then working commissioned text no. 2 (almost done - will continue tomorrow), and then dinner and watching more of Fringe season 3. Berlin Germany 00.17am 2021-02-09 Weekend was in the name of tidying up my room in terms of removing all the sheets and post-its, etc. Then deep-cleaning the stove and the surrounding area. Apart from that, catch up with a friend from the US that is currently residing in Brazil, and another catch-up with a friend from Holland. Berlin Germany 22.33 2021-02-04 Up at 8.22am followed by shower, quick breakfast, bringing the new Cordial cable (line 6.33mm to RCA) to my vo studio and trying it out. Then around 11.30am back at the house to have lunch followed by 5.5h of starting, finishing, and delivering a commissioned article on alternatives to ski vacation during Corona times. Then chillin, having dinner, watching Fringe (season 3) - it’s not super interesting anymore but I keep watching it because of the familiarity that I have with the characters. Have a good weekend. Berlin Germany 02.21am 2021-02-02 Friday was in the name of submitting the final versions of the three paid trial articles, on the weekend I have worked more on de-cluttering the apartment, plus on Saturday I sent out Sunday Truth 3, and on Monday I had the intro call with that iGaming agency plus a first commission to complete, then more biz orga and clean inbox work and in the end chilling and listening to Arabic music and sharing some of that with my Arabic community folks. Berlin Germany 23.42 2021-01-28 After 7 hours of a good night sleep I took a shower, had breakfast, went to the studio to get acoustic foam there and return with a large empty box back to the house. There, I worked on the text piece that is due tomorrow - that was about 6.5h - and in between and after that some food intake and telly watching. Berlin Germany 01.18am 2021-01-28 Slept longer until 12pm or so - needed it - then worked a bit on a commissioned text, then the rest of the day was decluttering time - moving two boxes and one bag into the basement, removing cables from inside a box and another bigger bag - lots of cable-unwinding again, then in between some food-intake and at the end of the day my now usual night walk with accompanied Headspace meditation.
