This one is a bit of a mixed bag.  For those who know me, that's "kinda" how my brain works.

Triple Filter Test.  Check your "gossip" through this filter before you share it.   Is it true? Is it based on fact? Is it helpful?

Confabulations - "a lie told honestly".  Stories we create from an event.  Do you get the connection?

If only I could.

The reality is, I can guide you, share lived experience with you, dig deep into what's at the core of the "problem" yet it's up to you.  

Do you want to stay "comfortable" and continue to complain or do you want to be a little "uncomfortable" for a short time and "sort the problems"?

Without "failure" you are not learning.

"Failure"" is part of success.

Do you embrace "failure"?

What does the work "failure" mean to you?

OR what's the meaning you've given to "failing"?

What's the difference?  So many times we can expend so much energy trying to fit in where we don't truly belong.

It's hard work. You can ignore the warning signs.  The misalignment internal feelings.

Many times you trim your edges to fit in.   You can dull your light so you don't stand out.

What if YOU stop trying to fit in where you don't belong and found YOUR place, YOUR lane and found your can "end the struggle and dance with life"" (from Susan Jeffers) ?   How different life would be?  Your choose.

What's the first thing you say to yourself?

Is complaining a habit?

Well here is a challenge to not complain about anything (yep that includes you, and all those little things - stuck in traffic, queue, etc) for 24 hours.

That also includes the dog barking at the end of this podcast.  Had me giggling.  How appropriate to happen when it did.  Decided to leave it in.

When faced with something new or different what is your go to?   I can? or I can't?

If you don't like where you are, how are you going to change it?  Be a little uncomfortable for a short time and discover how different things can be or do you stay comfortable and keep on telling yourself you can't?   How do you know till you try?

What if you could inspire YOU?   Please stop and take a look at all you've achieved and the challenges you've overcome.  YOU did that.

Don't beat yourself.  Stop when you find yourself judging another or yourself and ask yourself, "what is that all about?"  "what's going on for me?"
