In this Episode, for the first time, my partner, Jonathan, and I pull back the curtain on the devastating and gut-wrenching reality of our twenty years in the Evangelical Christian Church System as a structure that left deep wounds to tend to, mend, and heal. We share a brief breakdown of it. It was painful, controlling, and manipulative. It was abusive. We were told how to live and what to believe. The hierarchy is real in this system. That's so messed up. For no one is higher than anyone.

It has taken us twelve years to move through the wreckage and abuse. For the last seven, we have found our peace. The journey to find what feels right to us now is refreshing.

As effed up as it was, it all happened for us to expand, grow, and learn how to live, move, be, and to honor where we are and the journey as a whole. As a result, we have been learning unconditional love. It's a beautiful place we are now. So, sit back and enjoy. This was so much fun for us to share. Thank you for joining us.

In this Episode, we dive into learning how to inspire yourself through your own life experience. What has happened in your life that you are amazed you got through it? I am here to say you have gone through hella things while here on earth. I'll tell you some of my stories here, and I know you'll be entertained. Also, I give myself full permission to express myself. Have you permitted yourself to fully express? That has been the most challenging for me. You wouldn't know it. But it's true. I have had massive trauma around being seen and heard. So this is me embracing myself on another level.
