Thank you for listening!  In this episode #70, I am talking about anxiety and depression and offering tips and inspiration.  I am sharing a post that I wrote on my social media platforms that I received so much feedback from.  I realized that so many people are actually struggling with ANXIETY and DEPRESSION which has been increased due to the pandemic/social distancing that we've all been affected by.  So, I felt like I would share it here also and go into more detail and share more personal examples to let you know that YOU are NOT ALONE!
