• Acknowledge Normality: Recognize that sexual thoughts are a normal part of being human. The goal is to manage the urge, not feel shame or guilt about the thoughts themselves.
• Identify Triggers: Pay attention to what situations, emotions (like stress or boredom), or content (e.g., pornography) lead to lustful feelings.
• Avoid Temptation:
• Channel Energy: When an urge arises, redirect that energy into healthy, engaging activities.
