Gary V enthusiastically says to use kindness as a way to grow and to give to people. What Fahim has showed us, is kindness to the wrong people can cost you your life. Don’t be foolish with kindness. Be wise and find ways to be kind through proper channels. Don’t befriend those who steal from you and don’t have compassion for those who can harm you.

A business is not your idea and not your sole effort. A business has a process of growth and it has to be done through tapping into the creativity of other minds who facilitate the “flow”’of growth. No business can be started and ran alone.

The lesson is never to assign work to people that feels that is is unending and increasing in complexity. This is how you can lose good and valuable members of a team. If it takes 10 people and 10 weeks, it takes 10 people and 10 weeks, don’t compress or you risk losing everything.
