"I remember Dad looking over at me and saying “you know I love you right?”'

Tell someone you love 'em. Plain and simple, it will change your connection in the best way possible, but don't start telling people you just met that you love them because that's gonna scare them away big time.

In this lesson, I also go on a little rant (as per usual) about myself and about the use of phones. The lesson itself is short and sweet but so am I so it's fine.

"...fixing the problem is as easy as identifying it truthfully.". 

This lesson is a little less story-based and more driven by something I was feeling in the present moment. I often struggle with the rollercoaster of losing my drive and passion and then fighting to regain it. In this lesson I chat about ways I regain my feeling of being unstoppable, I hope it helps!
