Kelly takes us back many years in martial arts. Kelly shares her story of the family she gained by being a part of Farrell's TaeKwonDo, and how it's molded her life today.  

Mike won the $1000 FXB contest many years ago, then decided to pay it forward by teaching and coaching in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He met his Wife Nikki at Farrell's. Mike currently own a manufacturing company named Metal Design Systems. Mike and I completed every mile of RAGBRAI in 2012. The thumbnail picture of us is with John Karras, after the 100+ mile Karras loop that day. John was one of the two original founders of RAGBRAI. 

Mark has dedicated his life to helping others. After surviving prostate cancer Mark could have went on with his life, but instead he decided to 'pay it forward'. Listen to Mark's story and learn about his Team Blue Iowa organization and how they help men prevent and overcome prostate cancer. 

Barry is from Belfast and escaped tyranny to come to the US with the mission of helping others. He's lived that mission in different ways, then was surprised this year with a medical diagnosis. Enjoy. This was recorded on July 30, 2026

Joe shares some stories about growing up. Being addicted to Cocaine. Working with Columbian Drug Smugglers, and how fire-walking helped get him through some tough times...and eventually turned into a business.  Joe's story is a must listen. 

Mike and I spent some time in martial arts together at Iowa State University under the direction of GrandMaster Yong Chin Pak. We also met in a few tournaments either as middle weight or heavy weight competitors. Mike, being in ROTC in Ames, went on the have a successful career in the Navy, which led to what he does today.
