This is about putting together a team who are able to do what you want them to do successfully. It’s vital to be able to trust your team to be able to get on without you being there.
Let them do the job you’ve employed them to do. If you’ve employed the right person this should work, if you feel you need to block them or micromanage them then it may be an indicator they are not the right person for you.
As you start to grow and scale you can review tasks and outsource or employ others to do tasks you don’t want to do or are not expert at.
You can become focused and only look inwards at your business, looking outwards at what others have achieved can be inspirational in driving you forwards in pursuit of your own goals.
Everyone is different, everyone experiences mistakes and you can’t succeed without those mistakes.
If you are following someone, a mentor or coach you must follow the advice they provide.
They are there to help and guide you to the next level. Make the most of their knowledge and experience.
- It’s all about your mindset
If you have a fixed mindset you are going to struggle in business. If you have a poverty mindset you will struggle to grow and scale your business.
It's important you put yourself around like-minded people.
If you want to do something you have to believe you can do it. If you can see others doing it, it can be motivating and help with the mindset that anything is possible.
