A topic that may bring in many perspectives and discussions to fore - Is it more important to be right or happy? In this podcast, I have tried to cover the foundation in terms of thinking and our belief system which causes us to hold certain ways as the only right way to do things or be. I attempt to nudge these and question ourselves - Is that really true? 

I do not want this to be mistaken for being submissive or accepting and being always self-sacrificing - far from what I am trying to drive home here. What I am conveying here is that when we are emotionally secure and confident, there are small everyday things that we will willingly let go of and not let those small things hurt us. We've adopted these beliefs as we grew up, based on what we saw, heard and experienced around us. But do these help us grow or do they instead start limiting us?
