This is the very first of my podcast series, and it's from the very first blog i wrote, way back during 2013!

It is for anyone and everyone contemplating and trying to choose while trying to do something new, for all those who are trying to get better results, be in it career or relationships. 

The fact is that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and as we start this lovely journey, it's good to remember that "Ïf you do what you've always done, you'll get what you always gotten! - such a simple yet powerful reminder to pave the path ahead while we march on bravely!
