Bad choices, on the other hand, end up being counterproductive and can quickly begin spiralling into stress, confusion, and despair.

In today's episode we talk about boundaries. Why it is important to establish them and stick with them!

Boundaries are not a way of showing you're picky, nasty or non-collaborative, boundaries are a way of showing your self-worth.

They can be defined as the limits we set with other people, which indicate what we find acceptable and unacceptable in their behaviour towards us. The ability to know our boundaries generally comes from a healthy sense of self-worth, or valuing yourself in a way that is not contingent on other people or the feelings they have towards you.

And we hear you, they are not easy to set! so hopefully we will manage to help you doing so, by giving you a few tips and tricks for setting them and understanding why is it key for you to have them.

We also recommend a book by Dr. Brene Brown "The Power of Vulnerability" which is a wonderful way to also understand boundaries and ourselves.
