There are many topics out there need to be discussed.  The things we see and hear shape our thoughts.  Through this podcast I'm going to be speaking to you about how I see the world, that day.  And with the help of the Blue Lady I hope to open your hearts and minds to different view points.  Your view points. Developed and grown through your life experiences.  

I believe that we've all dealt with a narcissist in our lives.  Some in more detail and in deeper extents than others but we've all faced that person who wants to control.  I recorded this podcast in hopes that it helps you identify the narcissist in your life and that you can start taking steps to release yourself from their control.  Never be ashamed of falling prey because it's that shame keeping you in that situation.

The sooner you can start taking steps to get help the sooner you'll get your life back.
