Bahman Zarghami is a mindset and performance coach since 2014. He is no stranger to high-stress environments where people often question their resolve and ability to overcome intimidating obstacles. A refugee at the age of 2, Bahman and his family had to flee war-and-poverty-torn Iran to have any hope of a decent future. Throughout Bahman's childhood, he constantly found himself in trouble, acting out and eventually homeless. Eventually in his 20's Bahman found himself working in a youth center. Gene Borrello grew up in one of the most mafia invested neighborhoods in the US -- Howard Beach, Queens. And was surrounded by the mafia from a young age. In his teens he started to get into petty crimes, from stick ups to drug dealing. At 18, Gene found himself in Rikers Island. Then in his 20's Gene started working for the Bonanno crime family full-time. Working in the loaning and sports gambling business, as well as committing robberies. Gene shares different stories and how reckless he was at the time. After having 100's of crimes pinned on Gene, he faced life in prison... but he was given a chance and has turned his life around since getting out last December (2019). Gene has started The Johnny and Gene Show and is on his was to publishing a book in 2021.

Felix Levine only started listening to podcasts less than two years ago. But the moment he listened to his first Joe Rogan episode he was hooked. Travis Macy grew up in an endurance racing family. So it was only fitting for Travis to take interest in it. Travis has competed in over 120+ races from Ultra Marathon's to Triathlons to the Eco Challenge, dubbed the World's Toughest Race. Travis and I talk about what training is like for these races and how the community is warm and welcoming to all. Travis also talks about how it's tough to actually make a career out of it, and most are doing this for pure love. Travis however was eventually able to make a career out of it from offering coaching services, to online programs to public speaking events. We also get to talk about Travis's experience doing the Eco Challenge with his father who is battling alzheimer's.

Toby Cunningham is a Californian living full-time in Portugal where one of the biggest surf spots in the world is his backyard, Nazaré. Toby grew up surfing in Southern California and was always hooked on surfing the biggest waves possible. We got into why Toby loves surfing big waves and how he prepares for each session. We talk about how Toby opted not to be a professional surfer, so he could be his own boss and do things on his terms.
